Quick answers

  • Why didn’t my file get smaller?
    Some files are already compressed. Try Max Savings, switch the output format, or test a different clip/photo.
  • Where are compressed files saved?
    Exports are saved to the location you choose in the system save/share flow.
  • Why does AVIF take longer?
    AVIF can deliver excellent quality at smaller sizes, but it may encode slower on some devices.
  • PDF size didn’t change — why?
    Some PDFs are already optimized. Scanned/image-heavy PDFs may have limited savings without reducing image quality.

Troubleshooting

  • Restart & retry: close the app and run the compression again.
  • Free space: keep extra storage available for temporary processing files.
  • Large files: compress in smaller batches if a queue fails.
  • Format edge cases: if one format fails, try a different output (AUTO / JPG / WebP / MP4).

Purchases are managed by the store you used:

Google Play (Android)
Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

Apple App Store (iOS)
iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

We don’t collect your payment details — the store handles transactions, receipts, cancellations, and refunds. For billing issues, contacting Google Play / Apple Support is usually the fastest path.
